Created from real conversations with college interns who wanted more insight into how to get an internship, what employers expect, and how to succeed once they get the opportunity, the Get and Keep an Internship™ Virtual Workshop College Tour brings practical internship preparation directly to college students.
This FREE virtual workshop series will continue throughout the school year, connecting with colleges along the way. Students will gain practical insight on resumes, standing out to employers, workplace expectations, communication, professionalism, and what it takes to get—and keep—an internship.
Our Fall 2026 kickoff begins October 7! Join us for the workshop, live Q&A, guest speaker, giveaways, and more.
ATTEND THE WORKSHOP. APPLY DIRECTLY.
Students who attend the workshop will have the opportunity to apply directly for an internship through the workshop. Internship placement is not guaranteed; applicants must meet internship qualifications. Ready to take the next step? Register below.

Built by Students. Designed for Growth. Focused on Real-World Preparation.
This is more than an internship. At Peaches and Cream Foundation, we mentor, guide, and involve students in their learning experience—we don’t simply assign tasks.
At the beginning of the internship, we learn more about each student’s major, interests, goals, and what they hope to gain from the experience. Through an initial assessment and ongoing guidance, we help students build practical skills, confidence, professionalism, and real-world experience related to their field of study.

Talent deserves an opportunity. For more than 20 years, the Peaches and Cream Foundation has opened doors for students who may not always receive the same opportunities because of disabilities, learning barriers, or the need for accommodations. We believe students should have the opportunity to demonstrate what they can do and build meaningful experience.
Our Inclusive College Internship Program provides a supportive pathway for college students who already have foundational skills but may face barriers within traditional internship opportunities. Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, guidance, and an opportunity to strengthen and showcase their skills in a real-world environment. Accommodations may be provided when needed to support successful participation.
Your talent deserves to be seen. If you are a college student with a disability or learning barrier and are ready to build on the skills you already have, we invite you to apply. Applicants must meet the qualifications and requirements of the internship, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
