The Peaches and Cream Women's Motorcycle Organization is a collective of professional women who ride—or aspire to ride—motorcycles while giving back to the community.
We are not just an organization; we are a movement of professionals who ride with purpose, promote mental wellness, and empower others through mentorship, education, and community service.
Our members represent excellence across every field—from politics to the boardroom to the emergency room and beyond. We bring together individuals whose passion for riding is matched by their dedication to making a difference.
We ride for a cause. We ride for a purpose. We ride to change perceptions.
The Peaches and Cream Motorcycle Organization was founded in 2004 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by Ella Butcher — a woman who turned fear into freedom.
Ella didn’t know how to ride a motorcycle when she started. She had never been on one but decided to face her fears head-on. Despite struggling with anxiety, she took her first lesson from her cousin, learned to ride in a day, and bought her first bike — a 250.
From that moment, she was unstoppable. What began as a personal goal became a journey of healing, confidence, and empowerment. Riding helped her overcome fear and anxiety, transforming her mindset and life.
Her journey became the inspiration behind both the Peaches and Cream Motorcycle Organization and the Peaches and Cream Foundation, which now supports young adults, college students, and families nationwide.
Her story proves that strength comes from perseverance — and that every woman has the power to rise above fear and ride toward purpose.

Our mission is to empower professional women through service, mentorship, and leadership — using the spirit of motorcycle riding as a symbol of freedom, balance, and strength.
